Gigiotto's initial paid access is expected to use Patreon membership tiers. Patreon handles supporter payments, renewals, cancellations, payment methods, receipts, and certain tax collection under its own terms.
4. Fiscal readiness
Paid tiers require a real fiscal setup
Because recurring paid access is normally an ongoing commercial activity, Gigiotto should not enable Patreon paid tiers until a commercialista or other qualified professional confirms the proper Italian setup, such as Partita IVA or another suitable structure, social-security treatment, invoicing/accounting treatment, DAC7 reporting impact, and consumer wording.
