Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using GuildMaster, including guild workspaces, integrations, Patreon-based paid access, and plan limits.

Paid access
Patreon tiers first
Checkout
No direct billing yet
Governing law
Italy-first

GuildMaster is currently planned as a free or beta service until the Italian fiscal setup for recurring paid access is confirmed. Initial paid access is expected to be handled through Patreon, not an in-app checkout.

Guild workspaces

Rosters, loot, raid planning, attendance, imports, exports, and permissions are managed inside guild-controlled workspaces.

Role-based access

Owners decide who can manage, view, or coordinate guild data, and should assign access carefully.

Paid access path

Core and Pro are planned to unlock through Patreon before any direct checkout is added.

1. Service provider

GuildMaster is operated by GuildMaster project team. Formal legal and fiscal details are published on the Legal Notice page and must be completed before paid access goes live.

2. Using GuildMaster

GuildMaster is provided to help World of Warcraft communities manage rosters, loot, raid groups, imports, permissions, integrations, exports, billing entitlements, and related guild workflows.

Independent tool, connected providers

GuildMaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Battle.net, Discord, or Patreon. Those providers have their own terms and policies.

3. Accounts, guild roles, and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for actions taken through your account. Guild owners are responsible for deciding who may access a workspace and for assigning owner, manager, viewer, and member permissions appropriately.

Guild owners and authorized managers decide which guild, roster, raid, loot, attendance, Discord, and Battle.net information is entered or imported into a workspace. Do not add personal data unless you have a lawful and fair reason to manage it for your guild community.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use GuildMaster to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to view, upload harmful content, violate laws, scrape or overload third-party APIs, bypass plan limits, interfere with other guilds or users, or misuse integrations.

Respect access boundaries

Do not attempt to view, change, export, or infer data from guilds you are not authorized to access.

Protect the service

Do not overload imports, bypass quotas, disrupt APIs, upload harmful content, or abuse integrations.

Use exports responsibly

Exports and addon data should stay within the guild context that generated them.

5. Plans, trials, and entitlements

GuildMaster may offer free, trial, paid, and manually assigned plans. Plan limits may restrict new actions such as creating roster entries, inviting managers, running imports, exporting data, using integrations, or saving raid configurations. Existing data may remain readable after a downgrade unless removal is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Founder access may be assigned manually and is not generally available for purchase. Plan names, limits, prices, and included features may change as the product evolves.

Free and trial

GuildMaster may offer free access and time-limited trials so a guild can evaluate the workflow.

Patreon verification

When enabled, Patreon membership status is used only to assign or remove GuildMaster entitlements.

Downgrade behavior

New actions can be limited after downgrade while existing data may remain readable where appropriate.

6. Patreon paid access

In the first paid version, Core and Pro access is expected to be unlocked through Patreon membership tiers. When this is enabled, payments, renewals, cancellations, receipts, payment methods, certain taxes, and some refund workflows are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms.

GuildMaster will use Patreon membership status only to assign, maintain, downgrade, or remove paid access. If a Patreon membership is canceled, refunded, expired, disputed, or cannot be verified, GuildMaster may reduce the workspace to the applicable free or fallback entitlement.

Patreon may collect VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes from supporters where required. That does not remove any Italian tax, accounting, or social-security obligations that apply to the GuildMaster operator.

7. Future direct checkout

GuildMaster may later move from Patreon to a direct checkout provider or offer both options. Material payment changes will be reflected in updated terms before the new checkout flow is enabled.

8. Third-party services and APIs

GuildMaster may connect to authentication, analytics, hosting, database, Battle.net, Discord, Patreon, payment, or community provider services. You must respect those providers' terms and any limits that apply to API use, OAuth login, imports, exports, and community integrations.

Advertising, when enabled, is limited by privacy choices and platform rules. Do not use GuildMaster data, exports, addon data, Battle.net API data, character names, roster data, or guild workspace content to target, profile, or enrich advertising systems.

9. Data exports and addon use

Export and addon features are intended for the guild workspace that generated the data. Do not share exports in a way that exposes personal data, private guild strategy, or integration identifiers outside your authorized community.

10. Availability and changes

We may update features, limits, pricing, integrations, and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or support channels.

GuildMaster is provided on a best-effort basis. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect imports, or permanent availability of third-party data.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or limited if an account, guild, integration, or payment status creates security risk, legal risk, abuse risk, or repeated operational disruption. Users may request account or workspace deletion through the channels listed on the Contact page.

12. Consumers, law, and disputes

Italy-first terms

These terms are intended to be governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a user's country of residence.

Paid launch guardrail

The competent venue and operator details are listed on the Legal Notice page and may be updated when the fiscal setup is finalized.
